Delete your FlashPro account

This page explains how to delete your FlashPro account. FlashPro is made by TS Roofing Services, Nelson, New Zealand.

Delete it in the app

1. Open FlashPro and sign in.
2. On the jobs screen, tap the Workspace & sync button in the top bar. This opens the Workspace sheet.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the sheet and tap Delete my account.
4. Read the notice, type DELETE in the box, then tap Delete my account again.

If you change your mind, tap Keep my account instead.

No app handy?

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and we'll do it for you.

What gets deleted, and when

• Crew members. Your sign-in is switched off straight away and you are taken off the crew. The jobs and flashings you worked on belong to the business and stay with it.
• Workspace owners. Your sign-in is switched off straight away and the subscription is cancelled, so nothing more is charged. The workspace and everything in it (jobs, orders, flashings, photos and templates) is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then deleted for good. Email us if you want it gone sooner.

What we keep

Payment and invoice records, held by Stripe and in our own accounts, for 7 years as New Zealand tax law requires. Nothing else.
